Theo (below) was a hand reared singleton puppy sired by Denaca Super Trouper ex Jah Soon come of Alyngarn. In his show career he won 3 CC’s and 4 reserve CC’s. He was a very sound and active dog with a very extrovert temperament. He was hip and elbow scored and character assessed by the Northern Bernese Mountain Dog Club. He also won many Best of Breeds at Open Shows. His 1st CC came at Manchester Championship Show in 1993 under the late Dr Ben Raven. Theo's 2nd CC was at Midland Counties Championship Show the judge this time was breed specialist Helen Davenport Willis who had previously judged him at Darlington Championship Show and gave him a Reserve CC when he was just 19 months. Theo's 3rd CC came at Blackpool Championship Show in 1994 the judge being breed specialist Jane Lamb. Theo was our 1st Champion a very proud achievement especially as he was home bred. He also won Best in Show at the Bernese Mountain Dog Show in 1993. He won 4 Reserve CCs in total, the other 3 being at The Scottish Kennel Club judge Peter Radley, Working Breeds of Wales, judge Phil Worrow and Sonja Gorbould at The Northern Bernese Mountain Dog Club Championship Show. Theo, Champion Alyngarn Adversity
Our second home bred Champion Jett, half sister to Theo, out of Amies first litter by Denaca Super Trouper. She has 9 c.c.s to date all by different judges. A medium sized bitch with strong bone well angulated both front and rear, with a strong head. She had an excellent temperament, Unfortunately Jett had to be put to sleep just a few weeks short of her 11th Birthday (xmas eve 2003). She is sadly missed 11 wonderful years that will live with us forever. Champion Alyngarn Amourette
